2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product availability.

All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes where required by law unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before an order enters production or is shipped.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund while their status is "In Review."

Once production has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a full refund, as products may already be in the manufacturing process.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund within 180 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, damage, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Where applicable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
